The company is committed to sustainability, diversity, and creating positive social impact while delivering world-class service to its clients and their customers. Sodexo’s mission is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all, ensuring that both employees and clients thrive in safe, respectful, and inspiring environments.
Within this respected organization, Sodexo is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at their United Training Center located in Denver, Colorado. This center is one of the region’s premier corporate dining destinations, known for its commitment to culinary excellence, innovation, and service quality. The position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned culinary professional to shape the food experience for a high-profile client by overseeing retail cafe operations, internal catering, and all food production. The role is full-time with a schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
As Executive Chef, you will have direct oversight of a talented team of 10 to 20 culinary professionals, guiding them in delivering exceptional food quality and outstanding guest service. You will work closely with the General Manager to support client relationships, operational strategies, and overall service excellence. This leadership role requires a balance of creativity and operational discipline, with strong focus on food and labor cost management, menu planning, and maintaining compliance with all Sodexo standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The Executive Chef will be instrumental in driving culinary innovation by introducing fresh ideas and seasonal menus that elevate the guest experience and strengthen customer partnerships.
Success in this role means fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the culinary team, ensuring that every dining experience reflects Sodexo’s commitment to quality and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a solutions-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where the culinary program’s success directly impacts the client’s satisfaction and the site’s reputation.
Sodexo offers competitive and equitable compensation, determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and training. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision care; a 401(k) plan with matching contributions; paid time off; company holidays; and opportunities for career growth and tuition reimbursement. New employees receive comprehensive information about these offerings upon hire.
Joining Sodexo means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive community that values respect and individuality, providing an environment where your ideas and opinions can truly make a difference. Sodexo is dedicated to equal employment opportunity and supports employees at every step, ensuring fair treatment and accommodations when needed. This role is ideal for an Executive Chef who is eager to be at the heart of culinary operations and influence all aspects of a renowned corporate dining program.
