Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Ability to work a predominantly Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evenings and rare weekends
  • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes
  • Commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Ability to lead and inspire a culinary team

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Demonstrated culinary leadership and innovation
  • Strong passion for food and hospitality
  • Experience working in client-facing, high-expectation environments
  • Ability to mentor teams and build positive kitchen culture

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all retail culinary operations
  • Drive menu planning, innovation, and seasonal offerings
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and food/labor costs
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately 15 hourly union employees
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and brand standards
  • Leverage technology including mobile ordering systems and digital HACCP
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences
