Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years of management experience
- minimum two years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- ServSafe Certified
- working knowledge of HAACP
- strong culinary background
- proficient computer skills
- excellent organization and attention to detail

- ServSafe Certified with working knowledge of HAACP
- Certified Executive Chef a plus
