The Executive Chef role at UC Health Medical Center, located in Cincinnati, OH, is an exciting opportunity to lead culinary operations within a hospital environment. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the entire patient feeding program, ensuring the highest culinary standards while maintaining safety and sanitation protocols.   • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of management experience
  • minimum two years of work experience in food or culinary services
  • strong culinary background in high-volume environment
  • strong management skills and experience with large teams
  • menu planning experience and understanding of culinary trends
  • proficient computer skills
  • highly organized and detail-focused
  • ServSafe Certified
  • knowledge of HAACP
  • healthcare trayline background a plus

Job Qualifications

  • strong culinary background in high-volume environment

  • ServSafe Certified with proven knowledge of HAACP
  • healthcare trayline experience a plus
