Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior culinary management experience in a high-volume healthcare environment
- Strong food production planning and food cost management experience
- Proficient in computer systems and software
- Full knowledge of HACCP standards
Job Duties
- Lead culinary team under direction of general manager
- Oversee daily food production across patient dining, cafe, and catering
- Manage production planning and operational controls
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality
- Monitor and control labor and food costs
- Develop menus and manage inventory
- Oversee food cost management
