Erickson Senior Living is committed to enhancing the lives of seniors by providing vibrant lifestyles, financial stability, and focused health and well-being services, creating a supportive, engaging, and comfortable living environment for residents and staff alike. The community embraces diversity and inclusivity, ensuring a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, while fostering professional growth and work-life balance for its employees.
The Executive Chef role at Riderwood Village provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary leader to take charge of kitchen operations across two unique dining venues: Fireside Restaurant, noted for its fine dining experience and elevated dinner service, and Potomac Cafe, a lively all-day eatery offering fresh deli selections and made-to-order meals throughout the day. This leadership position demands a creative and strategic culinary professional who can inspire and direct the kitchen team while upholding the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and operational excellence. Offering a competitive compensation package between $80,000 and $90,000 annually plus eligibility for bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision plans, generous paid time off, and professional development support, this role is ideal for a driven hospitality leader eager to make a tangible impact in a dynamic senior living environment.
