The Executive Chef role at Acts is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals looking to advance their careers and contribute to a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. This position carries the significant responsibility of overseeing multiple dining venues and a dedicated food production staff. The Executive Chef will be the creative force behind menu development, recipe innovation, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food products that meet both budgetary guidelines and food safety standards.

This role requires extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations, and a strong ability to manage food orders, scheduling, and staff recruitment and retention efforts. Regular production meetings will be part of the engagement strategy, helping to promote teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence among the culinary teams.
