Job Description

Levy is a recognized leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, celebrated for redefining the industry with innovative and memorable culinary experiences. Operating across iconic venues and events such as the Super Bowl, Grammy Awards, US Open Tennis Tournament, and major professional sports leagues including NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and MLS, Levy offers unparalleled opportunities for culinary professionals to excel and influence the guest experience on a grand scale. Known for its commitment to diversity and inclusion, Levy has been honored as one of the top Employers for Diversity in America by Forbes and lauded by Fast Company magazine as one of the most innovative companies in sports. This vibrant culture fosters growth, authenticity, and collaboration where every team member’s voice matters and personal development is encouraged.

The Executive Chef position at Levy is based at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH, with the additional responsibility of providing culinary oversight to Watkins Glen International in Watkins Glen, NY. These venues are synonymous with premier racing events, hosting NASCAR races, Modified Racing, the Loudon Classic, and prominent IMSA car series, placing Levy at the heart of high-energy, large-scale sporting events. If you are passionate about culinary innovation, leadership, and operational excellence, this is an exceptional opportunity to bring creativity and strategic management to dynamic kitchen environments.

As the Executive Chef, you will spearhead all culinary operations, ensuring that every dish meets Levy’s high standards for quality and presentation. You will lead and inspire culinary teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences, while managing the complexities of high-volume, fast-paced settings. Your role involves maintaining strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring a safe and secure kitchen environment.

Beyond culinary artistry, this role demands astute financial management. You will control food and labor costs, carefully forecast sales, develop pars and prep lists, and manage production schedules to meet operational goals without compromising quality. Your leadership will also extend to mentoring and training your team, equipping them with the necessary tools and information to thrive. Collaborating closely with operations leadership, you will ensure event execution is seamless, supporting the vibrant energy that defines Levy’s hospitality experience.

The position requires flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to travel up to 40% of the time between venues. This role offers an exciting mix of creative culinary leadership and strategic operations management in a company that values innovation, diversity, and employee development. Working with Levy means joining a family where employees are supported through comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a respected industry leader. This is a career-defining role for a seasoned culinary professional ready to make their mark in sports and entertainment hospitality.
