Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen management experience in an executive chef role
- Proven knowledge of culinary trends
- Experience in high volume hotel kitchens
- Ability to demonstrate culinary creativity
- Strong understanding of food costs and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in busy environments
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
