The Executive Chef role at Touchmark at Georgetown offers a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to make a meaningful impact through food service leadership. This position is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining food safety standards, and creatively crafting menus that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of senior residents. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of culinary expertise, combined with proven management skills to lead a diverse kitchen staff. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum five years of experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities
  • demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen
  • knowledge in the use of computers including MS Excel and Outlook
  • valid food handler's card
  • willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
  • maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
