Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum five years experience in food services leadership roles
- proficient in kitchen management and food safety
- able to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
- possess a valid food handler's card
- willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- at least five years experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities
- demonstrated success running a profitable kitchen
- knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- valid food handler's card
- willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
- professional and positive attitude
