The Executive Chef role at this renowned hotel is a full-time management position based in Savannah, Georgia. With a starting salary of $120,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and numerous employee benefits, this role is vital to maintaining the high standards of the hotel's food and beverage department. The Executive Chef is entrusted with complete control over all kitchen operations and culinary activities. This individual leads the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, aligning the team to achieve excellence in food preparation, safety, quality, and presentation. Acting as the 'chief' in the back of house, the Executive Chef collaborates closely with the Food and Beverage General Manager to ensure guests consistently receive impeccable service.

Key responsibilities involve planning and directing all food preparation and culinary activities, modifying or creating menus that reflect the hotel's standards and new food trends, monitoring food and labor costs to maintain financial efficiency, and recruiting, managing, training, and developing a skilled culinary team.
