Miramont Country Club is currently seeking an accomplished, innovative, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This role is a working leadership position that requires a Chef who is not only visible in the kitchen but also engaged actively during service hours. The Executive Chef is charged with delivering exceptional dining experiences for Members and guests by overseeing an elevated à la carte dining program and leading banquet and Club event execution. The role involves developing seasonal menus and specials that highlight fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative culinary techniques to appeal to a diverse and discerning clientele.

This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with Members, enhancing their dining satisfaction through attentive service and culinary excellence. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all operational aspects including budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Leading and mentoring a culinary team of approximately 20 employees, the Chef will set high standards for culinary excellence, consistency, and hospitality across every dining outlet and Club event.
