Founded in 1997 with a single bowling center, Lucky Strike has grown into a powerhouse within the entertainment industry, now employing over 14,000 associates and generating nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue. Hospitality is at the core of Lucky Strike’s business philosophy, as the company strives to deliver memorable experiences for every guest during every visit. Joining Lucky Strike means becoming part of a passionate team that values talent, commitment, and career growth.

The role of Executive Chef at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a vital position within the company’s food and beverage operations. This is a hands-on working chef role, requiring active participation on the line for five days each week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-volume events. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and back of house (BOH) performance meet the brand's high standard for excellence. Beyond cooking, the Executive Chef plays a leadership role in developing Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through daily coaching, training, and performance feedback. They are tasked with managing food cost, labor, inventory, and the financial performance of the BOH to contribute positively to the overall profitability of the operations. Additionally, the Executive Chef will collaborate closely with Operations teams to support new product rollouts, seasonal promotions, and special event planning.

This position is ideal for a culinary professional with a passion for both food quality and team leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates must have at least five years of culinary leadership experience, including managing banquet and event operations with large-scale catering responsibilities. A working culinary skill set is essential, as well as advanced financial acumen relating to food cost control, labor optimization, and profit and loss (P&L) contribution. Current ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it is required. This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually and an extensive benefits package that supports wellness, retirement, and personal development. Employment type is categorized as 'Other'. Lucky Strike Entertainment's performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits underscore their commitment to their management team’s overall success and job satisfaction. Joining Lucky Strike as an Executive Chef offers not just a job but an opportunity to grow a meaningful career in a top-tier entertainment company where every team member’s contribution is valued and rewarded.
