Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar executive chef role
  • Proven track record of managing successful kitchen operations in fine dining or banquet settings
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse culinary team
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Availability to work on-site with flexible scheduling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong background in food production, catering, and restaurant management
  • Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food handling, cooking techniques, and menu planning
  • Supervising experience leading kitchen teams in high-volume environments such as banquet halls or large restaurants
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and inventory control procedures to optimize food costs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage shift operations effectively
  • Familiarity with dietary department requirements and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality and serving guests at the highest level

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas
  • Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver exceptional event experiences aligned with guest expectations
  • Manage shift operations efficiently including overseeing food service management during busy periods and resolving any issues promptly
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the culinary department
