The Executive Chef role at Bon Appetit is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary functions within a dining account. The Executive Chef manages and leads a team of associates, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards specific to their account. Responsibilities include managing cost controls and expenditures, planning and creating all menus, purchasing and managing inventory, and rolling out new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams. This role demands a strong culinary background, excellent management skills, and the ability to thrive in high-volume production and catering environments.
