Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within a high-end hospitality environment
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to relocate to Fort Lauderdale
