The role of Executive Chef is pivotal to the continued success and evolution of this distinguished dining concept. As the Executive Chef, you will lead the entire back-of-house operations, steering all culinary aspects with a vision that honors the restaurant's heritage while fostering innovation. Your responsibilities will include developing and evolving seasonal menus that perfectly blend Southern American and Mediterranean influences, creating recipe standards and plating guides, and overseeing operational procedures to maintain exceptional kitchen performance. You will also be responsible for controlling food and labor costs to maintain profitability without compromising quality. Job Requirements

  • 7 plus years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Southern American cuisine and Mediterranean culinary techniques
  • Proven success in managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Demonstrated experience with menu development recipe costing and kitchen financial management
  • Strong understanding of food cost controls labor management inventory systems and P and L performance
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing culinary teams
  • Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Restaurant opening experience preferred
