Job Requirements
- A caring heart and genuine willingness to serve others
- associate's or bachelor's degree in culinary arts or hospitality
- minimum of 2 years of staff management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or long-term care environments (preferred)
- minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a lead cook role or higher
- ServSafe Certification and Food Manager Certification required
- experience working with regulatory agencies and state food safety requirements
- knowledge of POS systems preferred
- creative, self-motivated, and passionate about culinary excellence
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
