Job Requirements

  • A caring heart and genuine willingness to serve others
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
  • Minimum of 2 years of staff management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or long-term care environments (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a lead cook role or higher
  • ServSafe Certification and Food Manager Certification required
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and state food safety requirements
  • Knowledge of POS systems preferred
  • Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about culinary excellence
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
