Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive chef or kitchen manager in an upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M or more
  • Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day operations
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Possession of ServSafe certification
  • Possession of allergy certification
