The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring the smooth execution of food preparation, quality control, and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent hygiene and food safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of business operations and financials
- Knowledge of flavors, aromas, and food ingredient characteristics
- Experience with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
