The company is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where all team members can thrive and contribute towards its mission of delivering memorable guest experiences across multiple locations worldwide.
This particular opportunity is for a full-time Culinary Manager position that plays a critical role in leading the kitchen operations at one of Topgolf's high-volume venues. With a strong emphasis on excellence and continuous improvement, the Culinary Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily culinary duties, managing a talented kitchen team, and ensuring superior food quality across all service occasions. The role demands an individual with extensive culinary management experience who can maintain top-tier operational standards while driving innovation and engagement within the team.
As the Culinary Manager, you will supervise and coach the culinary team to deliver best-in-class dining experiences that reflect the brand's core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. You will also be accountable for managing inventory, monitoring food and labor costs, and maintaining vendor relationships to keep operations efficient and cost-effective. Safety and sanitation compliance is an absolute priority, and you will ensure all regulatory standards are consistently met.
In addition to daily kitchen management, the Culinary Manager will drive culinary excellence by selecting and standardizing recipes, planning menus for special events, and utilizing culinary innovation to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaboration across the business is vital, and you will work closely with venue leadership, the Home Office, and vendors to implement action plans that improve performance and guest service. The position requires someone who can plan and align kitchen operations smoothly with broader venue activities, adapt to changes in volume, and maintain accountability for financial and operational goals.
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to remain on your feet for long periods, lift heavy items, navigate multi-level venue spaces, and work in varying temperature environments. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced setting while maintaining focus on food safety and quality under pressure. A minimum of eight years of culinary management experience in a high-volume environment is required, alongside a culinary degree or equivalent training preferred. Additionally, candidates must be 21 years or older as per legal requirements.
The Culinary Manager role offers a vibrant work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth at one of the foremost entertainment brands worldwide. The company offers competitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) team member match, access to a free mental well-being platform, and special perks like free play and discounted food for team members. Topgolf’s commitment to equal opportunity employment ensures a respectful, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. This position is ideal for a driven culinary leader eager to contribute to a high-performing team and elevate the guest dining experience in a dynamic entertainment setting.
