We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our culinary leadership team. This is a management position that requires overseeing chef managers and hourly culinary staff while developing and executing comprehensive culinary solutions tailored to meet customer needs and preferences. The Executive Chef will ensure the highest standards in culinary production, presentation, and service, applying expert culinary techniques and managing the final plating and food delivery. As the Executive Chef, you will lead a culinary team, train staff on best food production practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and recognition. Your responsibilities will include ensuring food safety, managing supply chain and procurement processes, maintaining standards, and engaging directly with guests to build rapport and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will also analyze performance metrics, oversee budget and labor targets, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties
- ensure culinary production appropriately connects to the executional framework
- ensure proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items including production, presentation, and service standards
- manage a culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff to ensure quality in final presentation of food
- train and manage culinary and kitchen employees to use best practice food production techniques
- coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
- reward and recognize employees
- plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
