The company is also the proud owner of the Professional Bowlers Association, regarded as the major league of bowling, and a rapidly growing media property attracting millions of fans globally. As a dynamic and innovative company, Lucky Strike fosters vibrant atmospheres aimed at creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Known for cultivating a culture filled with exciting opportunities and great times, Lucky Strike Entertainment continuously seeks dedicated professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments to join its expanding team.
The role of Executive Chef at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a unique opportunity to lead culinary operations within a lively and ever-changing environment. This position is essential for maintaining the company’s renowned standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the preparation of food, portioning, garnishing, and storage, ensuring that every dish served meets the company's exacting criteria. You will also be responsible for adhering to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs while managing budgets related to revenue, cost of sales, labor, and supplies. Moreover, you will partner with operational and sales teams to plan and execute catered events and special functions, demonstrating flexibility by assisting with cooking when necessary.
In addition to food operations, the Executive Chef works closely with the center’s management to recruit, hire, train, and retain a talented kitchen team. Developing sous chefs, lead cooks, and other kitchen staff is a cornerstone of this role, enabling the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards. Maintaining clean, safe, and orderly kitchen operations is another critical responsibility, including managing equipment upkeep and ensuring compliance with all local Department of Health regulations. You will be expected to conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules systematically, immediately reporting any critical issues to the General Manager.
This role requires an individual with significant leadership skills, stellar organizational abilities, and strong financial acumen relating to profit and loss management. Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and take full accountability for their teams' performance and morale. The Executive Chef will report directly to the General Manager and play an instrumental role in shaping the guest experience through exceptional culinary innovation and execution. Experience in banquet-style event production and high-volume retail or hospitality settings is highly valued.
Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 for this position and provides performance-based incentives.
