Job Requirements

- Experience with high volume food production and catering
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- Oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account
- Lead and manage a team of culinary associates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
