Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
