Touchmark at Coffee Creek is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to join their dynamic team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a leadership role within food services
  • Proven track record of managing a profitable kitchen
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel and Outlook
  • Valid food handler’s card
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • At least five years of experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Valid food handler's card
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
  • Plan and develop menus that meet nutritional needs and preferences of residents
  • Oversee food inventory management and ordering processes to maintain cost-effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
