This opening is for a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role based in Jackson, MS. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in overseeing all kitchen operations, leading the kitchen staff, and driving the creation of innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary ethos. This position requires maintaining rigorous standards for food quality, presentation, and safety while managing inventory and controlling costs effectively. In addition to day-to-day kitchen management, the Executive Chef will collaborate with suppliers to ensure the consistent availability of fresh ingredients and mentor the kitchen team to foster a positive, productive, and professional work environment. Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience

  • ability to work full-time on-site in Jackson, MS
  • excellent communication skills
  • capacity to manage inventory and control food costs
  • experience mentoring and training kitchen staff
