Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- at least five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities
- demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen
- knowledgeable in the use of computers including MS Excel and Outlook
- possess a valid food handler's card
- willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and stay on feet for long periods
- knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
- maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
Job Qualifications
