Stonebreaker Hotel, located just six blocks from the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville, offers a distinguished hospitality experience that balances proximity to vibrant campus life with the tranquility away from the bustling downtown area. The hotel is building its Food & Beverage department with leadership roles designed for professionals who thrive in a setting that values culinary excellence and unparalleled guest relations.

We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join the team and lead the culinary department in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The role of Executive Chef at Stonebreaker Hotel is crucial, involving not only the day-to-day operational oversight of banquet services and restaurant outlets but also setting the strategic culinary direction and menu development. The Executive Chef will work closely with the food service management team, overseeing the hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling of kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who believes in active participation alongside their team and who possesses a genuine passion for food and customer service.
