Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work full time
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen management team
- provide direction for all day-to-day operations
- supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and food preparation workers
- develop and implement guidelines for purchasing and receiving areas
- establish performance, budget, and team goals
- ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- manage employee training and development
- provide and support exceptional customer service
- handle guest complaints and feedback
- administer performance appraisal and disciplinary processes
- communicate effectively with executive teams and staff
