We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. This full-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to lead the back-of-house operations in one of Manhattan's most prestigious and landmark residential buildings. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of dining quality through meticulous supervision of food production processes including purchasing, meal preparation, and sanitation practices.
This role demands a visionary chef with at least five years of progressive culinary experience in fine dining, preferably with expertise in developing standardized recipes and managing production tools to meet both quality and cost objectives. The Executive Chef will also engage in planning and executing special events, ensuring that all culinary offerings reflect the brand's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary arts preferred
- Proven experience in fine dining culinary environments
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and staff effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
