We are currently seeking a talented and disciplined Executive Chef to spearhead our culinary program for a new, upscale Middle Eastern concept. This leadership role commands a rare blend of refined culinary artistry and high-volume kitchen management. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience as an executive or head chef in fine dining or high-volume restaurants
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, labor, and inventory
  • ability to develop and implement kitchen systems and standard operating procedures
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • background in well-regarded, operationally structured restaurant groups
  • experience leading kitchens with meaningful volume
  • proven ability to oversee food cost, labor management, purchasing, and inventory systems
  • strong experience building and maintaining SOPs and kitchen frameworks
  • demonstrated leadership skills focusing on team development and culture building
  • familiarity with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine is highly valued
  • genuine interest and knowledge of cultural culinary context

Job Duties
