Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience as an executive or head chef in fine dining or high-volume restaurants
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, labor, and inventory
- ability to develop and implement kitchen systems and standard operating procedures
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- background in well-regarded, operationally structured restaurant groups
- experience leading kitchens with meaningful volume
- proven ability to oversee food cost, labor management, purchasing, and inventory systems
- strong experience building and maintaining SOPs and kitchen frameworks
- demonstrated leadership skills focusing on team development and culture building
- familiarity with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine is highly valued
- genuine interest and knowledge of cultural culinary context
Job Duties
