Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and disciplined Executive Chef to spearhead our culinary program for a new, upscale Middle Eastern concept. This leadership role commands a rare blend of refined culinary artistry and high-volume kitchen management. The Executive Chef will be responsible for crafting a cohesive kitchen culture, establishing operational infrastructure from the ground up, and ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier cuisine. Operating within a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate must possess a systems-oriented mindset with experience in established, structured restaurant groups known for their rigorous culinary and service standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary of $120,000 annually, with an attractive performance-based bonus structure. Additionally, relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is provided to help qualified candidates transition smoothly. The role demands proficiency in managing food costs, labor, purchasing, and inventory systems, alongside a thorough capability of building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and kitchen frameworks. This position calls for a dynamic leader who excels in team development, accountability, and culture building while maintaining a hands-on approach to the culinary craft. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience as an executive or head chef in fine dining or high-volume restaurants
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, labor, and inventory
  • ability to develop and implement kitchen systems and standard operating procedures
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • background in well-regarded, operationally structured restaurant groups
  • experience leading kitchens with meaningful volume
  • proven ability to oversee food cost, labor management, purchasing, and inventory systems
  • strong experience building and maintaining SOPs and kitchen frameworks
  • demonstrated leadership skills focusing on team development and culture building
