  • Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong background in food production catering and restaurant management
  • Extensive culinary experience with expertise in menu planning food preparation and kitchen management
  • Supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams within fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols dietary department standards inventory management and food handling procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
  • Familiarity with banquet experience hospitality operations and catering services is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and shift management

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the entire kitchen staff fostering a positive and productive work environment while maintaining high standards of performance
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends guest preferences and seasonal ingredients ensuring variety and excellence in every dish
  • Oversee food production processes including food handling preparation and presentation to guarantee top-quality offerings at all times
  • Manage inventory control and procurement to optimize food costs reduce waste and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
  • Coordinate catering events banquets and special functions with precision to meet client expectations and operational requirements
  • Monitor shift management activities including scheduling staffing levels and workflow efficiency to maximize productivity
