- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong background in food production catering and restaurant management
- Extensive culinary experience with expertise in menu planning food preparation and kitchen management
- Supervising experience leading diverse culinary teams within fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety protocols dietary department standards inventory management and food handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Familiarity with banquet experience hospitality operations and catering services is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and shift management

Job Duties
