Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff including chefs cooks and prep personnel
  • Foster a positive work environment promote teamwork and provide ongoing training and development
  • Maintain high standards of food quality consistency and presentation
  • Implement and enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Manage food inventory levels minimize waste and implement efficient portion control
