Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in culinary and hospitality leadership
  • Proven financial management skills including labor and food costs
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems such as Foodager
  • Advanced culinary expertise with high-level cooking standards
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Frequent lifting of up to 55 lbs
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation in kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in culinary and hospitality leadership in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs
  • Expertise in computer systems such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
  • Advanced culinary skills including mastery of knife techniques
  • Strong decision-making and collaborative skills across all leadership levels

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop culinary team members through structured training, mentorship, and coaching
  • Define and lead the strategic direction of the kitchen team including recruitment and onboarding
  • Own and drive hospitality vision, strategy, and financial performance including inventory control and labor optimization
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on revenue and expense planning
  • Elevate and refine service execution, conduct line checks and oversee food preparation
  • Mentor and empower kitchen leadership fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Document updates to ensure alignment and support operational excellence
