Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
  • minimum 5 years executive chef or equivalent leadership experience
  • proven track record in high-volume kitchen management
  • proficiency in food cost control, labor management, and inventory systems
  • ability to develop and implement SOPs
  • strong leadership and team building skills
  • willingness to relocate to San Francisco, CA

  • Experience leading kitchens in high-volume, structured restaurant groups
  • proven ability managing food cost and labor
  • strong leadership skills with team development and accountability focus
  • knowledge of SOPs and operational frameworks
  • culinary background preferably including Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine
  • excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary program and kitchen operations
  • build and maintain strong kitchen culture and team
  • develop and enforce standard operating procedures and kitchen systems
  • manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory
  • ensure high-quality and consistent culinary execution
  • oversee kitchen infrastructure and operational frameworks
