Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
- minimum 5 years executive chef or equivalent leadership experience
- proven track record in high-volume kitchen management
- proficiency in food cost control, labor management, and inventory systems
- ability to develop and implement SOPs
- strong leadership and team building skills
- willingness to relocate to San Francisco, CA

- Experience leading kitchens in high-volume, structured restaurant groups
- proven ability managing food cost and labor
- strong leadership skills with team development and accountability focus
- knowledge of SOPs and operational frameworks

Job Duties
- Lead culinary program and kitchen operations

- manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory

- oversee kitchen infrastructure and operational frameworks
