You will manage food and labor costs diligently to meet budget expectations and maintain profitability, while also adhering to all health and safety regulations. Hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating culinary staff are key facets of this role, along with demonstrating new cooking techniques to ensure the team remains skilled and knowledgeable. Collaboration with food and beverage leadership as well as hotel management is essential to align culinary offerings with overall guest satisfaction and operational goals. The Executive Chef will also engage directly with guests by responding to feedback and participating in initiatives that enhance the dining experience.

Concord Hospitality values leadership that cares deeply about the team and their families, creating a workplace described as a "Great Place to Work for All." Our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion underpins everything we do, reflecting our mission to be a welcoming and inspiring employer. This role offers the chance to contribute strategically to the long-term success and culinary excellence of our hotel operations, providing a platform for career growth within a company that supports professional advancement at every step.
