Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or culinary diploma preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in executive or senior chef roles
  • Experience managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Demonstrated leadership in team development and operational systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, CA

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef in structured, high-volume restaurant groups
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
  • Expertise in food cost control, labor management, and inventory systems
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team building and culture development
  • Ability to create and implement SOPs and kitchen operational systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team and kitchen operations
  • Develop and refine menus reflecting Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine
  • Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory systems
  • Establish and maintain kitchen SOPs and operational frameworks
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and consistency
  • Foster a positive kitchen culture focused on accountability and team development
