Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or culinary diploma preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in executive or senior chef roles
- Experience managing high-volume kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership in team development and operational systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, CA
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef in structured, high-volume restaurant groups
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
- Expertise in food cost control, labor management, and inventory systems
- Leadership skills with a focus on team building and culture development
- Ability to create and implement SOPs and kitchen operational systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
Job Duties
- Lead culinary team and kitchen operations
- Develop and refine menus reflecting Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine
- Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory systems
- Establish and maintain kitchen SOPs and operational frameworks
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and consistency
- Foster a positive kitchen culture focused on accountability and team development
