Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
  • dedication to serve others internally and guests
  • hands-on passion for cooking and not a clipboard chef
  • ability to work with local farmers to purchase fresh products
  • strong sense of finances labor quality control and getting the job done

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in kitchen management and menu creation
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • passion for hands-on cooking rather than administrative only roles
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • experience working with local farmers and sourcing fresh ingredients
  • solid understanding of financial management including labor and quality control

Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft memorable dishes
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on alongside the kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
  • collaborate with the General Manager and corporate leaders to optimize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and financial forecasts to meet P&L goals
  • resolve kitchen issues and communicate effectively with staff
