Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
- dedication to serve others internally and guests

- ability to work with local farmers to purchase fresh products

Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft memorable dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- work hands-on alongside the kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- collaborate with the General Manager and corporate leaders to optimize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and financial forecasts to meet P&L goals
- resolve kitchen issues and communicate effectively with staff
