- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Food safety certification and relevant culinary education preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and meet customer expectations
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Oversee inventory management, food ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with management to plan special events, seasonal menus, and promotions
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate
