Job Duties

  • Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and meet customer expectations
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Oversee inventory management, food ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with management to plan special events, seasonal menus, and promotions
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate
