Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Chef
  • Minimum 5 years experience in high-volume back-of-house leadership role
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage food costing and inventory
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Experience with private events and banquets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering/event establishment
  • Minimum 2 years in Executive Chef role
  • Minimum 5 years in back-of-house leadership in a high-volume restaurant or event center
  • Strong culinary skills with passion for innovative dishes
  • Extensive experience managing private events, banquets, and catering operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of culinary operations in the restaurant and private events
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus showcasing creativity and culinary excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Manage food costing, inventory control, and budgeting to meet financial objectives
  • Collaborate with events team to create custom menus for private events and banquets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment encouraging teamwork and growth
