Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, grow, and evolve professionally
  • Experience leading a full scratch kitchen
  • Skilled in crafting seasonally curated, guest-focused menus
  • Capability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • Leadership experience to ensure timely and flawless dish execution
  • Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • Passionate about service and exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass criminal background check and health screenings, including physical and TB tests
  • Comply with Oakmont Management Group COVID-19 safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef in a full scratch kitchen
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced menus
  • Ability to manage food, labor, and product costs
  • Experience with high-volume kitchens and staff leadership
  • Knowledge of contemporary kitchen technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional food experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations for a full scratch kitchen
  • Develop and execute seasonal, guest-focused menus
  • Manage food, labor, and product costs efficiently
  • Oversee timely and flawless execution of dishes
