We are seeking an Executive Chef for our Full Scratch Kitchen to join our innovative culinary team. Our chefs are the creative souls who fuel our growth and define our culinary edge. This is not a role for those content with the ordinary — we seek greatness, passion, and a relentless drive to deliver the freshest, highest quality cuisine possible. Our kitchens are state-of-the-art, designed as "Chefs Playgrounds" equipped with the latest tools and technology, creating an environment where culinary artistry and innovation flourish.
The Executive Chef will be expected to lead and inspire, setting new standards in gourmet dining that align with our commitment to seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and trend-conscious menus. This dynamic leader will be a forward-thinking innovator who champions contemporary culinary techniques and sustainable practices while nurturing a collaborative and flexible workplace. Responsibilities will extend beyond food preparation to include managing food and labor costs, mentoring kitchen staff, designing seasonal menus tailored to our discerning guests, and fostering lasting relationships with team members and residents alike.
Our ideal candidate embodies ambition, creativity, and a results-driven mindset. They should be comfortable utilizing next-generation culinary technologies and possess a deep passion for hospitality, striving to create memorable food experiences that resonate with our senior community. If you are an executive chef ready to take your career to new heights within a rapidly expanding and respected senior living network, we invite you to bring your talents to Oakmont Management Group where your culinary prowess will be noticed and rewarded.
