The Executive Chef, Operations position, reporting directly to the General Manager, plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day culinary operations across the unit. This leadership role demands a seasoned culinary expert responsible for managing a team comprising Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Cooks to ensure seamless and efficient meal preparation. The Executive Chef is entrusted with maintaining high standards of quality and consistency for the pre-designed meals served to various airline clients. The role not only involves tactical management but also strategic oversight to promote continuous improvement in food quality and service delivery. With an annual salary range of 100,000 to 110,000 USD, this full-time role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about operational excellence and superior food service.

Job Requirements
