With locations across multiple countries, Topgolf has revolutionized traditional entertainment venues by merging sports, dining, and social experiences into one dynamic destination. The company prides itself on its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a respectful and engaging workplace for its employees and delivering memorable visits for its customers.
As a full-time Executive Chef at Topgolf, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest receives an outstanding culinary experience that aligns with the brand’s high standards. The Executive Chef position demands a unique combination of culinary expertise and strong leadership abilities. You will lead the Kitchen Team through hands-on supervision, training, and coaching, with a focus on engagement and collaboration to maintain a productive and motivated kitchen environment. This leadership role requires managing all kitchen operations including labor scheduling, inventory control, product ordering, and maintaining excellent vendor relationships. Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation is paramount, alongside maintaining organized and well-operating kitchen areas. You will be responsible for creating and standardizing recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation, as well as planning and costing menus for special events.
This position offers opportunities to demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values — Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring — while working in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere where innovation and teamwork are encouraged. As an Executive Chef, your ability to adapt and respond to opportunities will directly impact the overall guest satisfaction and operational success of the venue. You will communicate extensively with upper management, corporate leadership, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient culinary operations. The role also involves strategic financial oversight including managing food and labor costs within budget guidelines with a thorough understanding of cost of goods sold (COGS). Topgolf provides a collaborative work environment where your creativity and leadership skills can thrive, making it an exciting opportunity for experienced culinary managers. Employment is full-time, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being and career growth.
