This role is ideal for a candidate who is a collaborative leader and an inspiring mentor with at least five years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. Preference is given to those with backgrounds in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or senior living sectors who have demonstrated success managing financial performance and regulatory compliance.

By joining Gallaher Signature Living, the Executive Chef will contribute to a forward-thinking team passionate about advancing the future of senior living, delivering elevated culinary experiences that significantly enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life. The organization offers extensive employer-provided training, opportunities for professional growth, and a range of benefits designed to support full-time team members.
