Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen management
- Dedication to serving team members and guests
- Hands-on and passionate about cooking
- Ability to work with local farmers for fresh produce
- Strong financial and labor management skills
- Excellent quality control and problem resolution abilities

Job Duties
- Work the line and lead kitchen staff
- Encourage staff development and promote a positive work environment
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and effective communication
- Collaborate with General Managers and Home Office leaders to maximize operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to achieve P&L goals
- Serve as an ambassador of Internal Hospitality and the IRHG brand
