This position offers a unique opportunity to join a respected team within a premier resort and casino environment. The role is centered on quality assurance and the overall supervision of food production within the venue, ensuring that every finished product meets the high standards set by the company. This role requires a hands-on leader responsible for the staffing, training, and evaluation of the food production team, alongside managing kitchen hygiene, controlling food and labor costs, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. The job demands a strong understanding of culinary processes and state health department regulations along with practical management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume resort or casino setting. Candidates will have the chance to influence the quality and consistency of culinary output, improve team performance, and contribute to an excellent customer service experience. Consistent attendance is essential, and the role may occasionally assist with event ushering as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with additional qualifications such as culinary arts certification or an associate degree in a culinary program preferred. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of executive chef experience in a similar high-volume environment and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role not only demands culinary expertise but also leadership and the ability to handle multiple supervisory responsibilities in compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Job Duties

  • Perform excellent customer service at all times
