Job Requirements
- Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management education preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fine-dining or upscale restaurant kitchens
- Proven track record of managing high-volume kitchen operations

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience in fine-dining, high-volume environments
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, upscale restaurant settings
- Strong balance of creativity and operational discipline
- Professional culinary or hospitality education preferred (Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field)
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus aligned with guest expectations and market trends
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve overall food and service excellence
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Source and manage high-quality, seasonal ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency
- Lead, train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff to deliver exceptional execution
- Maintain a high-performance kitchen culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and excellence
